OpenMed ist eine Local-First-Plattform für KI im Gesundheitswesen, die klinische Texte in strukturierte, anonymisierte Erkenntnisse auf Hardware verwandelt, die Sie kontrollieren. Sie führt klinische Named-Entity Recognition (NER) und HIPAA-konforme PII-Anonymisierung vollständig auf dem Gerät aus – keine Cloud, keine Patientendaten verlassen Ihr Netzwerk. Mit über 2.200 medizinischen Modellen, die 21 Sprachen abdecken, und 33 modellgestützten PII-Sprachen läuft OpenMed auf Apple Silicon (MLX), Python (CPU/CUDA), Android (ONNX Runtime Mobile) und sogar im Browser über WebGPU. Das Apache-2.0-SDK enthält eine Python-API, einen REST-Dienst mit /analyze- und /pii/deidentify-Endpunkten, Batch-Verarbeitung und einen MCP-Server sowie Dockerfiles für das Self-Hosting.
