Shannon is a production-oriented multi-agent orchestration framework built on a Rust agent core, Go orchestrator, and Python LLM service. It ships with multi-strategy orchestration, swarm collaboration, hard token budgets with automatic model fallback, human approval workflows, WASI sandboxing, and full observability through real-time event streaming, Prometheus metrics, and OpenTelemetry tracing. Interact with it via REST API, Python SDK, OpenAI-compatible endpoint, or a Tauri desktop app.
