OpenFang

OpenFang is an open-source Agent Operating System built entirely in Rust. Unlike traditional agent frameworks that wait for you to type a prompt, OpenFang runs autonomous agents that work for you on schedules, building knowledge graphs, monitoring targets, generating leads, managing social media, and delivering reports to your dashboard. The entire system compiles to a single 32MB binary — one install, one command, and your agents are live. Key features include: 7 pre-built autonomous Hands (Clip for video processing, Lead for prospect discovery, Collector for OSINT monitoring, Predictor for superforecasting, Researcher for deep research, Twitter for social media management, Browser for web automation); 16 security systems with defense in depth; 40 channel adapters for messaging platforms; support for 27 LLM providers and 123+ models; and an architecture of 14 Rust crates with 137K lines of code. OpenFang ships with 60 bundled skills, 25 MCP templates, a WhatsApp Web gateway, and an OpenAI-compatible API. Agents can be spawned, managed, and monitored through a web dashboard at localhost:4200 or through the CLI.
