Plano is an AI-native proxy server and data plane for agentic applications. It centralizes the rote plumbing of production agent systems: smart LLM routing by model, alias or automatic preferences, low-latency orchestration between agents, zero-code Agentic Signals plus OTEL traces and metrics for observability, and guardrail Filter Chains for jailbreak protection, moderation and memory. Built on Envoy by its core contributors, Plano works with any language or AI framework and lets you add new agents without touching application code.
