VideoLingo is an open-source AI pipeline that turns any video into a fully translated, subtitled and dubbed version - the kind of quality you expect from a professional streaming platform. It runs the complete workflow in one place: downloading media, transcribing speech with WhisperX, splitting text into precise sentence-level subtitle lines, translating with top LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini and DeepSeek, aligning every timestamp, and optionally generating dubbed audio with voice cloning via GPT-SoVITS, Azure or OpenAI TTS. Everything is controlled from a friendly Streamlit web interface that supports more than 80 languages, so a single click takes you from a raw video to polished, exportable subtitles.
